G4S Netherlands, part of the world’s largest group of security companies (G4S), is partnering with Anachron to adopt a fully electronic invoicing process. The company will roll out Anachron’s corporate e-invoicing solution in December 2014, onboarding 40,000 of its clients, who range from multi-national companies to small and mid-sized enterprises.
Launching with a majority of its clients will enable G4S Netherlands to drive rapidly to business results, including improving cash flow, and decreasing invoicing materials costs. In addition, e-invoicing will help reduce G4S Netherlands’ carbon footprint, a key priority of this sustainability leader’s Climate Action Programme.
According to Marcel Erbé, CFO of G4S Netherlands, it was clear very early on that Anachron fulfilled all G4S’s wishes. “In due course we want to roll out e-invoicing to all our business units, and Anachron’s solutions are perfect for this. They are flexible and able to deliver invoices anywhere across the world in whichever format the client prefers: directly to the ERP system or bookkeeping package, in e-mail or PDF format or on paper and sent by mail. Moreover, with Anachron’s solutions, the data and security requirements are safeguarded, which is something that appeals to us enormously as a leader in the security market.”
Frank Hoekstra, CEO of Anachron, adds: “Our solutions conform to international legislation and regulations, irrespective of location, and are available 24/7. To an international player such as G4S, this represents considerable added value. G4S has indicated that it intends to move to a new version of its ERP system in Europe in the next few years and that our e-invoicing solutions probably will be part of this transition. This reflects a great deal of trust in Anachron, and trust is what a good working relationship is built on!”
Clients who implement Anachron’s e-invoicing solutions typically achieve ROI within three to six months. Anachron’s SaaS platform, which scales easily to accommodate new regions, business units, and customers, helps companies increase their working capital and reduce costs with faster order-to-cash processes.
